  • How do I book?

Head to online booking page / email us / call us and we will be in contact with you immediately

  • How do I pay?

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, cash or bank transfer

  • Can I cancel my booking?

Yes no charges or implications will be involved if cancellation is made within 24 hours

  • How do I contact the driver?

Your contact details will be communicated to the drivers and they will call you to meet at an agreed pick up point

  • Are the drivers licensed?

Yes, drivers that are licensed by the local authority and have been DBS checked

  • Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?

No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air.

 

  • Meet and Greet service

The "Meet and Greet" service is when the driver will park their vehicle in the designated car parks and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place (e.g. International Arrivals) This service will be subject to be charged so please let out team about the details and we can fins the best solutions for you

  • Corporate contracts

We accommodate corporate account customers and, subject to credit references, we will be happy to offer you a monthly invoicing facility or direct debit on our airport and local taxi services.
